OCC Lip Tars on sale for $10, this weekend only!

Have you guys heard of Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics?  I don't know how long they've been around, but I found out about a product they make called Lip Tar recently and have been dying to buy myself a tube ever since.  Lip Tar is a hybrid between lipstick and lip gloss and supposedly touts an unprecedented amount of pigment.  They come in a wide array of both wearable and shockingly unusual colors:

They're actually made for custom mixing, but no one's going to arrest you for wearing it straight out of the tube.  So even though $10 isn't the cheapest lipstick you can buy, it's still better than paying full price and shipping is a flat rate of $5.  A little goes a looooooooooooooooong way, so expect your tube of Lip Tar to last forever.

I totally caved and purchased 2 tubes:

Pageant
Katricia

Pageant is described as a "rich, blue-based pink" and Katricia is a "creamy, rich violet".  I chose them because I feel that they're unique, yet wearable enough so that this isn't just an impulse buy that will end up collecting dust at the bottom of my makeup case.  I also feel that blending these two in different ratios will make for some very pretty lip colors.  I just placed my order a few minutes ago, I can't wait to receive them!

  4. Hi Grace! You're welcome and thanks for following! :D I agree that creating looks for asian eyes can be challenging and there are definitely a number of modifications that need to be made because of our bone structure. It's always a work in progress and I'm happy to share!
