Beauty: Possible Tutorial?
I did a simple, but dramatic blue smoke today before I went to work. I was in a hurry dashing between class and the office, so this literally took less than 10 minutes. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll do a step-by-step instructional post. Otherwise, what you get next will be a surprise. :)

I'd love to see a tutorial on this! I'm digging the pop of blue on the lower lash line--I think it's fun having bold colors there rather than on the upper lid. Besides, I'm still unused to doing all that blending of colors and fading out on my tiny lid space. I make myself look like a very worn out clown...lol XD
