ELF Professional Brush Set Giveaway!

Yay!  I'm sooooooooooooo excited to announce Style By Cat's first giveaway!  Over the weekend, my little baby blog exceeded a whopping 50 subscribers!  Lol.  I know that it's peanuts compared to some of the more popular bloggers out there, but it's still a big deal to me.  SO in order to express my gratitude for your readership and support, I want to give away a brand, spanking new ELF Professional 9-Piece Makeup Brush Set!

I really LOVE this brush set.  There are a number of brushes in here that I use every single day.  It also comes in a nifty folding case that's perfect for storage and travel.  

So!  Here are the rules:
